Paulien Kooistra has been a public affairs consultant since 2007. She is an outstanding networker with broad experience and extensive contacts in government, the European commission and the renewable energy sector. Her primary focus is on the Northern region of the Netherlands, North Western Germany, the North Sea Region and Brussels.

During the last 10 years she has specialised in the field of renewable energy, energy transition, spatial planning and climate change issues.
